When will my order be despatched once I have placed my order?
I post orders out the day after the order is placed. So you place your order today and I will post it to you tomorrow.
All orders are sent out First Class postage via Royal Mail. I always have proof of postage.
Most orders are received within a day or two! Your order should have been delivered by Royal Mail within 5-7 days. The majority of orders are received the day after despatch!
Please contact me if it has not, to enable me to contact Royal Mail and trace it's whereabouts.
Can I Order by Mail?
Yes you can. If you would like to send a cheque with a covering note of your order and address to send your order to. Please make cheques payable to Pauline Adams/PPJ Banners (my formal business name, not my website name) and send to:
23 Woodland Road, Crynant, Neath, West Glamorgan SA10 8RF
What if I need to return my order?
If for any reason you wish to return your order. Please email prior to returning. Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase and a refund made. I do ask that it is returned as unworn and in the same condition as I despatched to you.
